Acceptable Use Policy 2023

The Acceptable Use Policy covers the security and use of all Phoenix Youth Provision’s (PYP) information and IT equipment. It includes the use of email, internet, voice and mobile IT equipment and applies to all adults and young persons involved in PYP activities. This policy applies to all information, in whatever form, relating to PYP activities worldwide, and to all information handled by PYP relating to other organisations with whom it deals.
