Risk Assessment Policy

Our risk assessment policy outlines the systematic process Phoenix Youth Provision follows to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks to its operations, assets, and stakeholders. It includes guidelines for identifying various types of risks, and assigns responsibilities for managing them. The policy establishes criteria for assessing the likelihood and impact of each risk, as well as the methods for prioritising and addressing them. Additionally, it defines reporting requirements and procedures for reviewing and updating the risk assessment process to ensure ongoing effectiveness and relevance to our objectives.
